As an avid golfing family, they dreamt of living near a golf course. After finding the perfect piece of land, Simplicity was able to make their wish a reality.
Simplicity first met the family for a free site evaluation of their newly purchased land near the Prineville Golf & Country Club. They had the perfect land, but now they needed to pick the perfect home plan. They feel in love with the Sherwood because it had all the amenities and space this family needed including a large master suite for themselves and private bedrooms for each of the two children while still having an extra bedroom to convert into the den. Only one exception, they wanted to take advantage of the option for the large covered back patio off the great room so they could enjoy peaceful summer evenings overlooking the expansive views from their backyard.
For years to come, this family will delight in sipping their morning coffee on the spacious patio of their Sherwood Home before heading out to play 18 holes.
