At the free site visit evaluation with Simplicity, we saved the owner money by working with them and the water company to re-tap the water line in a new location. Without our expertise, they would have had to trench 250 ft. through a rock field at a very costly expense. Our New Home Advisor was able to save them money by only having to trench 75 ft.
This family chose the Selway Home Plan for its bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings and charming archways. They added additional character to the home with Board and Batten siding—beautifully blending the home into the surroundings of the Pacific Northwest. The ranch style home plan with an unobstructed view through the large picture window in the great room was another reason this plan was for them. To fully transform the Selway to fit their needs, we extended the garage 4 ft. to accommodate a shop area for the owners while conforming to ARC guidelines.
Now the owners have a beautiful home that fits perfectly into the Pacific Northwest and the surrounding Cascade Mountains.
