Our partner company, Hayden Homes, built the Smiths an Orchard Encore in their Forest Grove, Oregon community. The Smiths lived in their home for a few years and then contacted Simplicity to build an ADU in their backyard. We were able to add a loft to our Acadia floorplan, and the Smiths now have an income property that they are able to rent out.
