Simplicity Homes met with Mercer Canyon Farms to understand their housing needs, then designed, developed and built multiple units of housing – delivered on time and on budget. The initial phase of housing was built through the winter months completing in a 100-calendar day construction time. Subsequently, Simplicity Homes was retained by this Grower to build multiple units of high quality, durable worker housing at a second location, including manager housing and worker housing that consisted of a recreation building and bunkhouses.
