Simplicity’s 32-worker duplexes are self-contained living quarters, approximately 1920 sq.ft. per side, or 3840 sq.ft. total. With a smaller footprint than single-story housing, our 2-story duplexes make more efficient use of the land by accommodating more workers per footprint. The duplexes provide more units per acre and are designed with large, spacious sleeping quarters.
