Simplicity Homes was hired by this investor to provide an affordable housing alternative in the growing community of Redmond, OR. Our solution was building floor plans from our WiseSize Series to maximize their profit in a compact development. These smart-sized plans: The Acadia, The Aspen, The Argent, and The Austin range from 400 – 1064 sq. ft. and offer 1-3 bedrooms and up to 2 full baths. Building detached homes makes these units highly desirable to renters who appreciate greater privacy than in traditional attached rentals.
The final tiny home community provided 28 new rentals completed in just 6 months!
